2020 — A Look Back At Our Year!
The team at Project Millennium, Inc. can all agree that the past 365 days were filled with highs, lows, growth, development, and so much more! With the unexpected pandemic, many of our usual plans were shifted and changed; this did not alter our spirit, though! We feel closer than ever, even though we’re more virtual than ever. This is because of our core values: relentlessness, accountability, and camaraderie. The team at Project Millennium, Inc. is incredibly strong and has never faltered.
Las Vegas, Nevada
We kicked the year off with a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for our annual sales conference. Reconnecting with mentors and hearing from new inspiring people always fuels our dedication to succeed. Between networking with colleagues and strategizing for the year, we knew it would be a memorable one! By the time we were boarding the plane home, our team was motivated to achieve anything laid out in front of them. Project Millennium was ready to prove our accountability with everything we learned.
Adjusting To A New Normal
After our trip out west, we didn’t waste any time getting down to business. Although, by the time we were flipping our calendar to March, things started to change. Once the COVID-19 virus hit the United States, we continued our training and meetings throughout quarantine with a more virtual approach, thanks to technology. Our management team knew that the best way to keep the momentum high was to stay as close to our daily routine as possible. When we returned to the office, we didn’t skip a beat. Masked up and with sanitizer in hand, we did our part to comply with CDC guidelines to ensure safety across the board and continued to get down to business.
Team Nights
This pandemic has opened our eyes to appreciate the time we spend together outside of work; this makes team nights much more memorable! After all, we are relentless in achieving our goals and passionate about the camaraderie within our team. Our team members were lucky enough to participate in various activities throughout the year while following CDC guidelines and regulations. We bonded and strengthened our friendships from competitive games of paintball, bowling, and pool to team potlucks. We can proudly say that we’re closer than ever after this year.
The appreciation for each other’s support continues to grow as we start to plan our goals for 2021. Project Millennium, Inc. intends to look back at this past year to audit the drastic changes and lessons that played a massive part in our team’s growth and development. As entrepreneurs, we understand that every setback is an opportunity to become even more potent than you were before. If you know us personally, you know there will never be an obstacle we’d back down from. Our team looks forward to improving in the coming year and are eager to grab our future by the reigns.
